ACTION REQUIRED: Reset Your FXCM Account Password

FXCM was the victim of a criminal cybersecurity incident involving unauthorized access to customer information. FXCM require all clients to reset their passwords on their trading accounts.

How to Reset your password:

  1. Visit www.myfxcm.com and select “Forgot Login/Password?”
  2. Select “Forgot Password”
  3. Complete the Steps to Reset Your Account Password

Your new password must contain all of the following:

  • A minimum of 8 characters in length
  • At least one lower case letter
  • At least one number

Note: Upper case letters are permitted but not required. Special characters are not permitted.
