Beantrader Latinum version 3.8.2 is a bugfix release.

The most important changes are listed in this document.

   * Improved appearance on high DPI displays

### Charts
   * Fixed exporting chart image as PDF and SVG

### Datafeed
   * FXCM
      * Improved stability
      * Fixed local cache when cache path contains non-Latin1
        characters
      * Fixed "Timed out." login error dialog shown multiple times

### Workspaces
   * Fixed issue loading workspaces from an incorrect location
   * Fixed issue loading nonexistent last workspace at startup
